My Way Of Staying Fit While I Work From Home

Hello there!

My name is Cindy. I have twin girls and I have been home bound looking after them since eight years; that is a real long time you tell me! When my twins were five, I was expecting my third baby. But it was probably not Providence’s wish that I give birth to him because in my eight month, I fell over a flight of stairs and lost him.

It was a sad period:

I slipped into a prolonged depression. I couldn’t come to terms with the fact that I lost Edward, my third baby. My family did a lovely job of trying everything to pull me out of depression but needed a lot of time to be able to come out of the trauma. For a long time, I dreamt of him and that we were playing with him in the nursery only to wake up in the middle of the night to cold sweat and anxiety attacks. It looked like it was not going to be so easy after all

And then gymnastics happened:

I was walking past my children’s primary school and I come across this billboard saying that they help people learn gymnastics. I was an athlete in school and I loved gymnastics. I have won many competitions too. So, I decided to give it a shot and I got a pull up bar at home to practice. Along with the freelance writing that I did, I made it a point to be able to practice gymnastics and you can bet that it has helped me so much in coming over my past. It is almost given me a new lease of life with something to do and look forward to. A pull up bar in combination with a floor mat can do wonders to bring back the flexibility and upper body agility that is so important for gymnast. So, if you need to practice gymnastics at home get this for sure!
